Her responsibilities include streamlining office operations, managing scheduling and delivering exceptional customer service.



Outside of the office, Madisson is a dedicated mother who enjoys camping and spending time with family and friends.

With over 5 years' experience in Internal & external flooring sales, Cameron is a trusted expert serving Brisbane and Gold Coast regions.

Specialising is residential and commercial flooring solutions; Cameron provides clients with top products and personalized service. His deep knowledge of flooring materials, installation processes and fashion trends he has earned the reputation for delivery quality and value.

Outside of work you will find Cameron by the beach surfing or on the golf course.

Kristy Donovan

Sales Representative

With 7 years of experience across the building & interior and industries, I bring a strong understanding of both the creative and practical sides of a project.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with homeowners, investors, designers, architects, builders, trades and project teams. I support clients throughout the entire process, from initial product selection through to project delivery.  I genuinely enjoy helping people bring their vision to life while making what can often feel like an overwhelming process more seamless, stress-free and enjoyable.

I have a strong passion for both interior and exterior design, along with a genuine interest in understanding the behind-the-scenes details that bring a project together. I take pride in providing knowledgeable guidance, practical solutions and personalised service, with a focus on creating a positive experience for every customer and team I work with.

Mackenzie works in our administration team and plays an important role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Mackenzies role involves coordinating administrative processes, supporting our team and ensuring everything behind the scenes is organised and running efficiently.

While administration is her main focus, she also enjoys stepping onto the showroom floor, connecting with customers and helping them throughout their flooring journey.

With a strong background in the flooring industry, I bring extensive knowledge of residential flooring products, installation processes and project management to the Totally Flooring team.

I pride myself on taking a relaxed, honest and knowledgeable approach with customers. For me, it's about building trust, understanding each customer's needs and finding the right flooring solution that suits their home, lifestyle and budget.

I enjoy being involved in every stage of the flooring journey, from the first conversation in our showroom through to seeing the finished floor installed. I'm hands-on when it comes to managing projects, overcoming challenges and making sure our customers receive the quality service they deserve.

Having worked across the building and construction industry I've developed a strong understanding of both customer service and the operational side of the industry. I'm always looking for opportunities to grow my knowledge, take on new challenges and continue developing my skills.

Most importantly, I believe in enjoying what you do, having a laugh along the way and being part of a team that takes pride in turning houses into homes.

On the weekends you will find me by the beach with my dog Benji.
